Read this before the first scoop. Paraxanthine powder is 99%+ pure. There is no filler, so the dose is set by the amount of powder alone, and the amount that matters is measured in milligrams. A pinch is a serving. Treat it with the same care you would give any concentrated compound.
- Measure, don't estimate. The included 0.15cc scoop holds roughly 70 mg level. Scoops are volumetric; a milligram scale is strongly recommended.
- Start at one scoop and stop there until you know your response. Once tolerance is assessed, 1 to 3 scoops (70 to 210 mg) as needed. Never exceed 4 scoops (280 mg) in any 24-hour period.
- Do not combine with caffeine or any other stimulant until tolerance is assessed. Paraxanthine is caffeine's primary metabolite. Coffee, pre-workouts and energy drinks add to the load.
- Adults 18 and over only. Not for use by anyone who is pregnant, nursing, taking medication or under medical supervision. Consult a physician before use if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure or any medical condition.
